Our history
Metal Tech was founded in 1999 and immediately established itself in the field of painting all parts in all materials. In its early years, thanks to passion and commitment, the company managed to establish itself in the household appliance sector and forge new business relationships with leading companies in the industry.
The desire for improvement that has always distinguished the company led to the transfer to the Palazzolo Sull'Oglio headquarters in 2009. In the new location, Metal Tech increasingly consolidates relationships with its customers, becoming a real point of reference for many of them. Prospects grew more and more, and in 2014 the owner decided to invest in the new headquarters, still in Palazzolo sull'Oglio.
Thanks to the expansion of its facilities, Metal Tech was able to introduce new systems and offer new processes, through which it began to interact with the world of cosmetic packaging and food & beverage, in which it quickly became a partner of some of the most important players.
Since 2022, Metal Tech has been part of the Brivaplast Group, a leading family-owned company known for its application solutions and packaging dedicated to the cosmetics sector.
The Company Today
Our company can now count on a team of collaborators with twenty years of experience in the sector, equipped with a high level of know-how that allows the processing of various materials and finishes.
Our headquarters in Palazzolo Sull'Oglio has a production area of 2000 m2 where we perform our processes on various systems and machinery. The support of our warehouse, also of 2000 m2, allows us to store goods according to customer needs.
Environment
Metal Tech has recently implemented an innovative paint post-combustion system.
This state-of-the-art system burns paint residues, ensuring clean air emissions and minimizing environmental impact.
This technology underscores our ongoing commitment to providing high-quality painting solutions for cosmetic packaging, a sector where recycled materials are increasingly used, in line with Brivaplast's production, actively contributing to the circular economy.
