Automatic line for UV lacquering of items. The choice to maintain processing on a fully dedicated system allows the company to maintain high quality standards and to adopt those measures that lead to a precise finish in every detail.

AUTOMATIC PAINTING LINE

Automatic in-line system equipped with two pressurized booths and various drying stages, to meet the processing timelines of the various specifications provided by the customer. Electronic dosing system for controlling paint mixing with daily processing report printout. Furthermore, the system is equipped with two types of curing, traditional thermal and UV lacquer.

PACKAGING PAINTING LINE

Automatic in-line system. The compact size of the system allows for high quantitative performance without altering product quality: the presence of two painting booths with related drying stages allows for a quality finish.

GLASS PAINTING LINE

Automatic in-line system with floor chain, equipped with three pressurized booths and various drying stages; the three booths allow us to solve processing problems on particular materials or to execute complex and structured effects in multiple passes. The system is also equipped with a traditional oven that is pre-set for high temperatures and is therefore suitable for additional materials (glass-metal), as well as a 'UV oven'.

MANUAL SPRAY BOOTH

Not all items can be machine-painted; some require special attention. Metal Tech offers its customers the possibility to hand-paint their items, to satisfy even those productions that require the manual skill that a machine can never have. Particularly suitable for small productions, productions of larger pieces, and for samples of all kinds.

DIGITAL PRINTING

In a market where customers increasingly choose to define their own product, Metal Tech offers the possibility to decorate their item through modern digital printing. Thanks to the use of latest-generation machinery, we are able to print logos, decorations, and much more with micron-level precision! The use of ECO UV inks guarantees impeccable finish durability and makes the process zero-impact.
